Email the Site

support@38-0-0-seriea.online

This is the official support address published by this website. There is no public contact form and no account system. You can send a normal email from your own mail provider.

What to Include

Game or technical issue

Include the page URL, game mode, formation, club season, browser and the step where the problem appeared. If a control was disabled, explain what you selected immediately before it.

Content correction

Name the player, club season, role, statement or link involved. If possible, include a reliable source that helps distinguish a site error from a difference in interpretation.

Accessibility report

Describe the keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast or mobile issue and the device used. Please say what you expected to reach or understand and what happened instead.

Privacy request

State whether your question concerns analytics, support email, advertising plans or another section of the Privacy Policy. Do not email passwords or identity documents.

Before You Send Personal Information

Only include information needed to understand the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, private account credentials, advertising account screenshots containing IDs, or unrelated personal records. Support email necessarily reveals the address you use to send it; that address and the message may be retained long enough to review the issue, reply, prevent abuse and keep a record of the request.

The site cannot provide official support for Serie A, UEFA, a football club, a player, a ticket purchase, a broadcast service or a betting provider. 38-0-0 Serie A is an independent game and has no access to those organizations’ systems or customer accounts.

Response and Scope

Reports are reviewed as resources allow. Sending a message does not guarantee an individual reply or a particular change, but clear reproduction steps and reliable correction sources make action easier. Security issues should be described privately by email rather than posted with exploit details in a public channel.

For instructions, start with How to Play. For squad decisions, read the XI Building Guide. For how results should be interpreted, use the Simulation and Results Guide.
